Pam Winter has over 30 years experience as  Centre Manager, with Ongar Business Centre. Her responsibilities include management of the building and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety standards including: maintenance and risk assessments, administration (invoicing, rent renewals onboarding of tenants) and signposting tenants to high quality business support and opportunities to link with various government initiatives.

The growth of the businesses Pam has worked with has been aided by their decision to take advantage of the space and services at the business centre.  Not only do they acquire that all important business address, but also have the benefit of working in a business environment with like-minded people.
